Job Summary
Provides direction and leadership for site manufacturing activities to achieve safety, cost, quality and delivery goals. Manages resources and leads associates to perform departmental tasks efficiently while ensuring a quality product is processed according to schedule. Drives Lean Daily Management System cadence, establishes and achieves metrics, develops staffing/scheduling plans, and aligns across the boundary team. Demonstrates leadership by engaging and developing associates, solving problems, and enforcing policies; supports continuous improvement through Kaizen events and waste reduction initiatives. Requires coordination of quality and regulatory adherence, uses data to drive decisions, and fosters a culture aligned with Swagelok’s mission, vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, utilizing MRP systems, data mining & report generation)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing experience (CNC, Conventional & Auxiliary equipment)
- Previous formal leadership roles or experiences
