Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee production in the assigned manufacturing area, leading a team of Team Leaders and production operators to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes by allocating resources, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining quality records. Build a culture of safety and performance, mentor team members, conduct regular safety meetings and training, implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, and provide regular reports on performance and improvement opportunities (Gemba/control tower).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing operations in a front-line leadership role
- Experience working in an ERP system for production scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent (preferred)
