Job Summary
Production Supervisor position in a manufacturing plant responsible for shop floor operations across departments, setting and communicating objectives, organizing workflow and schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement, training new employees, and reporting performance to the assistant plant manager. Requires leadership, problem-solving, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and strong MS Office skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Located in New Paris, Indiana; full-time role with standard company benefits.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree not necessary with the right candidate
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (Fab Knowledge)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Lean 5S Knowledge / Lean Six Sigma
- Automation process implementation experience
- Safety / OSHA
- Root Cause Analysis
- Lean Manufacturing Process Improvement
- Value Stream Mapping
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
