Job Summary
Lead production activities for the Salisbury, NC night shift (7pm–7am), ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent operations; drive the HSE program, conduct shift safety meetings and training, coach and develop team members, monitor workflow and staffing, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals and customer expectations; maintain production and personnel standards while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing leadership experience.
- 2–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, organize work, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with solid time management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
