Job Summary
Supervise production work teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining clean work areas and housekeeping standards. Collaborate with operations leadership to set operational goals, analyze work orders for labor estimates, and create machine schedules. Coach employees in continuous improvement efforts, resolve work-related problems, and adjust work methods to meet production targets. Inspect products for conformance, review daily reports, and attend manufacturing review meetings. Schedule and approve overtime and vacation requests as needed. Maintain time and production records and interface with stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols while completing other assigned duties.

- Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude.
- Must be able to successfully pass e-Verify background check.
