Production Supervisor

Supervise, manage, and coordinate the safe production of quality corrugated sheets by directing, scheduling, and monitoring staff and workflow. Train employees, assign work, appraise performance, and resolve conflicts while coaching teams to improve. Manage processes, implement cost reductions, and maintain equipment by calling for repairs and analyzing techniques. Complete production plans by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities, and reporting shift results on summaries. Facilitate weekly meetings to review quality, performance, and safety; compile and analyze production data to answer requests. Create and revise systems and procedures by benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and implementing changes. Ensure a safe, clean environment and maintain positive relationships with employees and peers.
