Job Summary
Production Supervisor leading a diverse manufacturing team in a food production environment, focused on leadership, daily production performance, regulatory and customer compliance, and driving cost and waste reduction while coaching team members, participating in plant initiatives, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards; position includes relocation benefits and opportunities to advance from night/weekend shifts toward daytime roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally
- Willingness to relocate for career growth
- Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds and foster a culture of dignity and respect
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide a diverse production team
- Experience with government regulations and customer audits
- Proactive, self-accountable mindset; focus on solution-oriented improvement
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, walk, sit intermittently, lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Shift flexibility including nights and weekends
- Good teamwork and continuous improvement mindset
