Production Supervisor

Enforce safety procedures and policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment while ensuring compliance with OSHA and HAZMAT programs. Drive overall quality for products built and shipped by examining samples, directing testing, and correcting errors to prevent future occurrences. Manage production schedules, analyze work orders and reports to determine requirements, and monitor output for minimum waste. Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures during training for new employees or assign experienced workers. Conduct monthly site safety inspections, weekly toolbox talks, and monthly safety committee meetings. Investigate accidents thoroughly, develop corrective action plans, and coordinate medical attention for injured employees. Collaborate with human resources to resolve employee concerns, complaints, or grievances.
