Job Summary
Oversee daily production room operations and supervise the production team at RWB Thrift. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules, and collaborating with the Production Manager to optimize productivity and implement process improvements. Emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient labor usage; supports scheduling and performance evaluations; bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred to engage with diverse staff and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within standard procedures
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
