Job Summary
Production Supervisor needed to oversee daily production-room operations at RWB Thrift, supervising the production team, coaching and developing staff, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures, and collaborating with the Production Manager to meet production goals and improve processes. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, maintaining quality standards for processed merchandise, training new team members on operational procedures and safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, assisting with production scheduling and labor efficiency, and contributing to performance evaluations. English and Spanish language proficiency is preferred, along with basic computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Outlook). The role emphasizes team leadership, safety compliance, and ongoing learning to support thrift-store production operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Outlook preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
