Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for supervising daily production-room operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to production schedules, maintaining quality standards, coaching and developing team members, upholding safety and operational procedures, and collaborating with the Production Manager to optimize productivity and achieve department goals. Role involves training new team members, assisting with scheduling and workload management, understanding reports and performance metrics, and supporting a fast-paced thrift-store environment. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities preferred to facilitate interactions with internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within prescribed routines
- Previous thrift/retail/warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
