Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Plan monthly raw material, chemical, and packaging consumption; supervise operations with production operators while carrying out production officer instructions. Ensure equipment maintenance, good housekeeping, and hygiene conditions meeting food safety norms. Maintain in-process records, submit periodic samples to the laboratory, and record analytical findings to initiate corrective actions. Monitor process workflows, set variables, observe control points, and implement cost reductions. Instruct operators on work instructions, repair failing equipment, and report exceptional matters to production officers. Accountable for shift activities and resource optimization within the Pantnagar unit.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Bio Chemical/Industrial Engineering
- 4+ Yrs experience in manufacturing environment
