Production Supervisor

Manage overall package and product quality while ensuring equipment remains in working order and safe working conditions are maintained. Oversee the production process by making periodic checks and adjusting equipment or work practices as needed. Handle staffing, training, and team development for the manufacturing floor. Adhere to labor and OPEX budget constraints. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or equivalent high school diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience, plus leadership background. Full-time weekend availability is required for 1st or 2nd shift.
