Production Supervisor, ReHeat - C Shift

Direct and monitor production personnel and manage resources for manufacturing packaging solutions. Lead by practicing company Guiding Principles, ensuring compliance with safety policies and laws while championing a culture of integrity. Drive value creation through process improvement, employee engagement, and continuous enhancement of safety, quality, and financial results. Manage the employee performance cycle, including interviewing candidates, training, coaching, and recommending promotions. Serve as a technical process expert in production, planning, scheduling, and preventative maintenance actions. Demonstrate correct processes, provide instruction and learning aids, and maintain documentation. Administrative duties include documenting performance results, goals, and training progress. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
