Job Summary
Supervise daily production room operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards for processed merchandise, and adherence to safety protocols. Coach and develop team members, assist in training new hires on operational procedures, and collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve issues and optimize productivity. Build production schedules, manage labor efficiency, and contribute to performance evaluations. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, with basic computer skills and the ability to work independently required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to constantly apply negligible force when handling objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
