Job Summary
Supervise daily production room operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and quality standards for processed merchandise. Coach and develop team members while assisting in training new hires on safety protocols and operational procedures. Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve issues, optimize productivity, and manage production schedules to improve labor efficiency. Conduct regular safety inspections and address concerns promptly to maintain a safe environment. Assist in building performance evaluations and review key reports to understand departmental goals. This role offers growth opportunities within RWB Thrift's dynamic thrift store operations, with bilingual support (English/Spanish) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to constantly apply negligible force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Ability to maintain balance when performing agile tasks
