Job Summary
Supervise daily production room operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and quality standards for processed merchandise. Coach and develop team members while assisting in training new hires on operational procedures and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve issues, optimize productivity, and implement process improvements. Assist in building production schedules, managing workflow, and contributing to performance evaluations. Gain exposure to business operations by reviewing key reports and understanding departmental goals. Work effectively in a dynamic, noisy, and bright environment with extended standing, requiring the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with basic computer skills and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to constantly apply negligible force when handling objects
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficient in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Closed-toe shoes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment

Desired Qualifications
