Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee safe and efficient chemical processing by supervising teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Identify and troubleshoot potential safety issues, recognize site alarms, and respond immediately to required situations. Direct task assignment, manage performance feedback, and resolve conflicts while organizing work schedules and preparing reports. Handle hazardous materials including bleach, caustic, and chlorine gas, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Report attendance issues to the Production Manager and work irregular shifts including 12-hour day and night rotations. Travel to other plants may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years' experience in a Company plant or warehouse in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Ability to work overtime & a rotating schedule (additional hours, holidays and weekends based on business needs)
- Must be able to physically maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance
- Stable employment history
- Pre-employment testing, drug screen and physical exam
- Reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Knowledge of: General processing/operations principles
- Knowledge of: Usage and handling of compressed gases and industrial chemicals
- Knowledge of: Department of Transportation regulations if driving
