Job Summary
Lead a protein production team at the Greeley, CO site to achieve production goals, improve yields and scheduling, and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient production floor. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, championing safety and HACCP/USDA procedures, collaborating with HR on recruiting and onboarding, managing supplies and equipment, and driving continuous process improvements. Requires a college degree and 3+ years of leadership experience in food production; strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills; MS Office and reporting systems proficiency; safety and quality commitment. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
