Job Summary
Lead production operations for food and beverage manufacturing, overseeing production teams to meet quality standards and production goals. Motivate and develop the team, foster a safe and productive work environment, identify and troubleshoot production issues, train new employees on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols, and maintain accurate production documentation and reports. Strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, leadership, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate with a technical degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
