Job Summary
Frontline supervisor leading daily poultry production operations on the production floor. Responsible for coordinating team duties, organizing manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules to ensure efficient operations while maintaining safety, quality assurance, and productivity. Oversees employee performance, provides constructive feedback, fosters open communication, and collaborates with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements. Ensures safety standards are followed and supports a positive work environment. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (college degree in related field preferred) with 1+ years of supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication, independent decision-making, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
- Poultry or food industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
