Job Summary
Production Supervisor at Pilgrim’s leading daily poultry production operations on the production floor. Responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency; organizing manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules; training and coaching employees; promoting open communication and teamwork; coordinating with other departments for continuous improvements; ensuring safety standards are followed; and supporting the Plant Operations Team. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and 1+ years of supervisory experience (poultry/food industry experience a plus). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; benefits offered after probation. The role emphasizes frontline leadership, adherence to health and safety regulations, and driving production targets and continuous improvement.
