Production Supervisor

Assign workers to stations, direct machine setups, and establish procedures to meet production schedules. Coordinate work flow between stations, inform staff of changes, and analyze work problems. Maintain time and production records while performing duties of supervised workers. Enforce company policies and safety rules, train new employees, and administer discipline as directed. Requires minimum five years supervisory experience in manufacturing, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and ability to work rotating shifts.
