Production Supervisor

Lead day-to-day activities of the fabrication facility by planning labour allocation, monitoring workflow, and removing bottlenecks to ensure safe, efficient production flow. Coach employees through regular feedback, partner with Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to resolve issues, and maintain a visible presence on the floor. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve throughput while balancing safety, quality, and productivity.
