Job Summary
Coordinate packaging schedules across Drumming, tote, and bottling operations while supervising personnel to ensure timely, safe completion of daily activities. Review procedures, recommend improvements through edits and TWIs, and train staff on packaging tasks and equipment operation. Troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate material needs with engineering and maintenance, and fill in for the Manufacturing Manager as required. Track employee performance, approve time sheets, manage attendance, and conduct quarterly reviews and certification evaluations. Participate in FMEA, 8d investigations, and audits to maintain Safety and Quality Management Systems, while ensuring daily housekeeping and 6S activities are completed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years' supervisory experience at lead person or equivalent level
- 6+ years' packaging experience
- high purity packaging
- Microsoft Office Word
- Microsoft Office Excel

- Demonstrated strong EHS compliance
