Production Supervisor

Lead all second-shift production activities on the Wahpeton, ND floor to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Plan and assign work to maximize labor, equipment, and material utilization. Enforce safety policies, track production metrics (output, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency), train and mentor employees, address employee relations per policy, complete shift reports and system transactions, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse, and HR. Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives, maintain housekeeping and workplace discipline, develop cross-training plans, and demonstrate proficiency on production equipment within six months. Operate equipment as needed and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
