Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and develop a production team of 21-25 employees to consistently deliver high-quality meat products in a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment. Plan and allocate daily resources to meet production targets, document activities, analyze performance, and communicate variances. Drive maintenance coordination to maximize equipment uptime, apply root-cause analysis for issue resolution, and advocate continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to quality programs (HACCP, GMP) and food safety checks, conduct sanitation audits, and actively engage in preventing and correcting quality issues. Coach and mentor staff, foster a safety-focused culture, and manage performance to meet shift goals. Requires experience in a food manufacturing setting with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred in Business Management, Production Operations Management, Agricultural Science, Food Science, or equivalent experience
