Job Summary
Lead daily operations including production, schedule attainment, quality control, and shipping for a team of 20+ employees in our automotive lights remanufacturing facility. Audit teams to ensure adherence to processes, improve efficiency, and minimize customer returns while maintaining hazard-free safety standards. Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and production standards are met to drive quality and support timely order commitments. Assist in implementing on-the-job training programs, mentor production team members, and participate in the hiring process for site personnel. Prepare shift reports to site management and monitor employee adherence to production tracking protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience required, in operations supervising a team of 20+ employees
- 2+ years' experience in manufacturing required
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or materials preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing, production and warehouse environment preferred
