Production Supervisor - Optical Manufacturing (3-DAY SCHEDULE/NIGHTS)

Manage jobs per hour in production departments and supervise activities to ensure work flow and proper utilization of associates. Process and review daily reports, conduct root cause analysis to identify issues, and resolve breakage problems to minimize disruption. Train lead associates, oversee associate training, and cross-train staff to perform at multiple stations. Perform administrative functions including interviewing, selecting, reviewing performance, monitoring attendance, and scheduling work and vacation time. Implement SOPs and enforce all company policies and procedures. Maintain lens and frame inventory as required and ensure other departments maintain steady work flow.
