Job Summary
Supervise production team leaders and coordinate scheduling of people, materials, and equipment to ensure production goals are met. Ensure compliance with company and safety policies while maintaining clean, orderly work environments that meet factory standards. Work with various departments to maintain proper inventory levels and provide training as necessary. Provide input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions, enforcing policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner. Maintain product quality standards and ensure high work performance by team members. Requires seven years of production-related experience, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time
- Sufficient hand, eye, arm, and finger dexterity
- Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, while also performing repetitive tasks
- Prolonged periods of bending and/or twisting throughout a work shift
Desired Qualifications
- College Education in related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
