Production Supervisor (Onsite)

Lead a team of 20 employees performing repair, shipping, and inspection activities by developing growth plans, providing training, and upholding safety and quality standards. Forecast staffing needs to meet peak demands, train and coach staff, resolve personnel issues, and establish department standards for productivity and accuracy. Monitor daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime while coordinating with quality control to maintain standards and take corrective measures. Manage personnel functions including vacation approvals, timecards, overtime, hiring, and training, ensuring all established policies and procedures are followed. Maintain working knowledge of operating systems with occasional Salesforce support exposure.
