Job Summary
Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at Mobile, AL (2nd Shift) or Madisonville, LA (Day Shift). Responsible for supervising production to meet schedule, quality, and output targets; ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance; training and coaching staff; maintaining production documentation (yields, downtime, labor); ensuring product quality and equipment reliability in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Maintenance; driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste; enforcing safety policies; leading shift meetings and coordinating workforce planning and staffing adjustments; supporting continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- PTEC certification or Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and manufacturing best practices
