Production Supervisor

Manage, direct, and coordinate all activities for a production shift to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and maintain quality while supervising 40+ employees. Coordinate with the Scheduler to ensure daily production requirements are achieved and handle supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly daily, support quality initiatives, and implement safety programs that are reviewed and revised regularly.
