Production Supervisor (Nights)

Conduct daily production supervision for a night shift, managing resource allocation for equipment, personnel, and materials to meet cost-effective performance targets. Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and SOPs while maintaining high standards for product quality, housekeeping, and safety. Supervise shift employees, conduct daily production meetings, and audit workstations to verify routine compliance. Drive productivity and safety initiatives, oversee shift training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Warehousing to ensure prompt shipment. Report shift production data accurately, manage production priorities, and resolve employee issues through coaching and performance reviews. Perform accident investigations and track absenteeism and timekeeping.
