Production Supervisor - Nights

As Production Supervisor - Nights, you will direct and supervise a production team on the night shift, with multiple direct reports, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets while driving waste reduction and sustainability goals. You will plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, coordinate staffing and production sequencing, train and evaluate team members on safety, quality, and standard operating procedures, and lead continuous improvement efforts. You’ll troubleshoot production processes and equipment, maintain timely documentation and daily performance reporting, and foster a culture of integrity, customer focus, innovation, and collaboration. Required qualifications include 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, 5+ years total manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, strong Excel/Outlook (and basic Word/PowerPoint) skills, and a HS diploma with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience. Education requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
