Production Supervisor - Nights

Lead a high-performing manufacturing team during overnight operations, providing oversight for Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Manage daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues. Ensure safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met while overseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation. Monitor product quality, conduct audits, and troubleshoot equipment issues with Maintenance. Provide training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development and promote a clean, organized environment. Requires night shift schedule, Associate's degree preferred, and 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Salary range $90,000 to $95,000 with bonus eligibility, health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
