Production Supervisor Night Shift

Lead production employees during assigned night shifts by assigning daily work, training staff on safe practices and equipment, and monitoring output for quality defects. Inspect tungsten components for abnormalities, ensure proper tool usage, and maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting equipment checks and troubleshooting. Communicate shift updates, staffing needs, and quality concerns to management, solve practical production problems, and enforce safety and quality standards. Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and precision measurements in a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment. Work 12-hour night shifts as a full-time employee with a 14-day pay period.
