Job Summary
Night-shift Production Supervisor for semiconductor operations responsible for coordinating WIP from receipt to shipment, supervising Production Technicians, maintaining training and certification records, and enforcing safety, quality, and HR protocols. Duties include creating production and shift schedules, overseeing Shift Leads, coordinating with Quality and Facility Specialists on NCRs, ensuring mandatory safety and quality training, leading daily updates, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining time/production records. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years related experience, strong English reading ability and adherence to technical procedures, and successful drug/background checks. Emphasizes 100% on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and team leadership in a safety-sensitive environment.

- Ability to read English and follow technical procedures and instructions
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
- Safety sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required
