Production Supervisor (Night Shift) (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary
Direct and coordinate production personnel in a designated manufacturing area to maximize productivity, efficiency, and inventory control while ensuring regulatory compliance with local, federal, and GMP standards. Monitor processes to assure costs, yields, and lead times align with business goals, execute production operations with established priorities, and conduct weekly audits to maintain safety and teamwork environments. Provide administrative support to quality systems, manage operational budgets, and facilitate communication to create a Credo-based environment. Coordinate activities with plant management, engineering, and maintenance to meet production requirements and introduce new products with proper operator training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelors in Science, Engineering or any other discipline relevant business needs
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Able to read, speak, and write Spanish and English
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations
- Must be computer literate in E-Mail, word processing and spread sheets
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to develop and meet deadlines
- Ability to delegate and follow-up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
