Production Supervisor (Night Shift) (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary
Direct and coordinate production personnel in a designated manufacturing area, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products while maintaining adequate floor control. Monitor processes to assure costs, productivity, yields, lead time, service levels, and inventory control align with business goals. Obtain maximum productivity and efficiency by creatively supervising hourly staff, conducting weekly audits to ensure continued GMP compliance, and facilitating communication to create a Credo-based environment. Execute production operations, supports validation activities, and coordinates with plant management, engineering, quality, and maintenance to meet production requirements. Provide input for operational budgets and procedures, ensuring correct policies and guidelines are followed for Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelors in Science, Engineering or any other discipline relevant business needs
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Able to read, speak, and write Spanish and English
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations
- Must be computer literate in E-Mail, word processing and spread sheets
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to develop and meet deadlines
- Ability to delegate and follow-up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
