Job Summary
Supervise daily production floor operations, ensuring shifts meet safety, quality, and throughput goals while managing team assignments and resolving conflicts. Verify discrete jobs in Oracle and warehouse systems, inspect raw materials before changeovers, and perform first-pass quality checks to prevent non-conforming product. Conduct shift walkthroughs for compliance, lead safety trainings and meetings, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve downtime. Complete shift reports, coach team members, and partner with HR on hiring and corrective actions. Work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule) day or night.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Understanding of production processes and controls
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand
- Regular and predictable attendance
