Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee a manufacturing crew of 20–50 employees across production lines and shifts, driving a zero-injury safety culture, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering consistent performance. Lead coaching and development for Team Leads and operators, identify skill gaps, execute training plans, and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Partner with maintenance to optimize equipment uptime, perform root-cause analyses for production or downtime issues, verify corrective actions, and maintain accurate production records. Maintain effective cross-functional communication and foster a collaborative, accountable work environment to sustain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
- Positive and Verifiable Work History
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing
- Experience leading/supervising in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, SOP and standard work
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with manufacturing software systems such as Infor M3
- Ability to identify risks and communicate them to employees
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Physical ability to push/pull/lift 20-50lbs
