Job Summary
Oversee manufacturing of carbonated soft drinks across a multi-shift, multi-lingual operation, directly managing daily activities and long-term objectives for your department. Provide proactive supervision for one to three shifts in a seven-day environment, coaching staff to ensure GMP compliance and safety while conducting thorough investigations to resolve complex manufacturing problems. Monitor overall product quality through periodic inspections, report issues to QA, and assist in instilling best manufacturing practices across multiple locations. This role requires bilingual Spanish skills, a college degree in business or engineering, and at least five years of supervisory experience in a consumer packaged goods facility.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Must be 18 years or older
- Favorable background and drug exam
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull with a dolly or pallet jack up to 500 lbs
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred college degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering or equivalent
- Experience in a consumer packaged goods facility
- Bilingual in Spanish
