Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the assembly of battery packs within the Advanced Acoustics Sector, supervising a team of 6-10 people. Coordinate production workflow across stations, meet daily production goals, manage and reassign tasks as needed, and document production records and metrics for management review. Monitor output and quality, troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues, and assist with production tasks as required. Utilize small hand tools (hot melt glue, scissors, pliers, etc.) to mechanically assemble handheld components and assemble parts into jigs for further processing. Record results on logs and work instructions, ensure work aligns with drawings or work instructions, inspect for defects, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Support skilled personnel as needed and complete the assigned volume of work within a shift. Requires leadership, adherence to safety regulations, ability to work under pressure, and capability to read dimensions from drawings. Flexible to work in various roles over time, and able to work either the first or second shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency certification
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
