Job Summary
The Production Supervisor at North American Lighting supervises departmental activities and personnel, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet production and quality requirements. Responsibilities include scheduling workloads, recordkeeping, addressing production emergencies, and monitoring safety compliance within the department. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED combined with 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. An Associate degree in a relevant field and experience with JIT production systems, TPM, and Kaizen are preferred.
