Job Summary
The Production Supervisor in the Poultry Division is tasked with ensuring high production, quality, and safety standards. This includes managing daily production orders, overseeing team member operations, ensuring machinery performance, and maintaining compliance with USDA inspections. The role requires establishing a safe working environment through regular safety meetings and staff training, while also addressing human relations functions such as mentoring and counseling team members. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of manufacturing experience, supervisory experience preferred, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
