Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities on the manufacturing plant floor to meet established schedules and quality standards. Assign proactive and reactive work, follow up with Workcell Coaches and Process Tech Leads, and escalate issues to Maintenance, Automation, and the Tool Room. Lead, train, and motivate the production team while monitoring processes to ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations. Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime, maintain accurate records, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Strictly adhere to plant safety, housekeeping, and 5S efforts, empowering employees to address unsafe conditions and correct hazards. Work in an office and on the floor, sitting, standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and performing various physical tasks.
