Job Summary
Front-line supervisor in Misfits Market's food-based Fulfillment Center, supporting the Production Manager and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsible for meeting KPIs, coaching front-line operations staff, fostering collaboration across departments, enforcing OSHA/GMP/HACCP/FDA standards, and optimizing resource allocation to meet demand. Demonstrates leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a high-growth grocery delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience in one or more operational areas such as production, inventory management, receiving, prep, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
- An ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently
- Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates
- An aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
