Job Summary
Plan, lead, and direct daily operations at the milk plant in Bellevue, Washington, including scheduling crews, ordering materials, and managing production processes from ordering through shipping. Build teams, assign accountability, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines while utilizing Lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and identify cost-cutting measures. Manage financial budget targets for labor, waste, and efficiency, oversee sanitation duties, and handle electronic documentation. Available for varying shifts with 1 to 2 years of dairy experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Specialization: BS/BA in related field (preferred)
- Experience Level: 1 to 2 years Dairy experience plus the education listed above is preferred
- Proven understanding of production/operations/manufacturing requirements
- Ability to manage and develop employees
- Working experience with equipment/maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proven time management skills
