Production Supervisor MCU (f/m/d)

Monitor program and batch production standards across all processes, ensuring implementation within specified parameters and covering feedstock requirements. Maintain product quality per customer specifications and execute response plans for out-of-spec situations. Support staff training under the ILUO system and identify operational problems to propose improvements. Communicate issues to immediate supervisors and drive productivity, conflict management, and leader empowerment. Requires industrial engineering background, three years of automotive production supervision experience, and knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, and IATF 16949.
